Unemployment is a curse that brings various ailments to the society. CybageKhushboo, with a good understanding of the seriousness of this issue in under-developed areas, motivated and helped Panchayat Samiti Paud to organize a job fair at Pirangut on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.

CybageKhushboo has been actively working in the field of education and making students employable. Being a part of the job fair enhanced its arena towards benefitting the rural areas. It also arranged eminent speakers from various organizations such as MPTA Education Ltd. and Jetking for giving motivational sessions to the job seekers. These organizations are partner with Central and State Government of India who help in implementing various skill development amongst unemployed masses. An inspirational talk by Mr. Vivek Velankar was also arranged to motivate the attendees to look beyond obvious and be open to opportunities.

During the event, Mr. Vivek Velankar informed the audience about various employment schemes and skill development program introduced by the government such as Pramod Mahajan Scheme and Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana. The representatives of the Panchayat Samiti will be sharing the registered candidate details with the government officials of these programs for further process.

Companies such as Future Group, PVG Housekeeping, G4 skills, and Aspire Knowledge offered current and upcoming job vacancies in various fields. It was a highly successful event with more than 200 candidate registrations. The registered candidates will be referred to the companies or employment exchanges based on their skills and profile.
