CybageKhushboo is committed to train its beneficiary students and make them employment ready. As an ongoing activity, CybageKhushboo organized a field visit to Vigyan Ashram at Pabal, Pune on January 19, 2020.

Vigyan Ashram is a center of Indian Institute of Education Pune established by Dr. S. S. Kalbag in 1983. A total of 52 CybageKhushboo students were benefitted by this exposure visit. Students got hands-on experience of using various machines, solar units, watershed management structures, chemistry lab, and civil structures. Students also learned the practical implementation of science in agricultural technologies. 

Unfortunately, there is a big gap between academia and industry demands. CybageKhushboo strives to bridge this gap through various trainings and field visits. Such visits offer new opportunities for learning through experience. It also enables students to learn by doing instead of just listening passively in the classroom.
