CybageKhushboo believes in the power of education and is committed to train its beneficiary students to make them employment ready. As an ongoing activity, CybageKhushboo organized a study tour to Vigyan Ashram at Pabal, Pune on February 9, 2020.

A study tour is a trip for education purposes. It helps to gain knowledge through visual experience. Vigyan Ashram is a center of Indian Institute of Education, Pune established by Dr. S. S. Kalbag in 1983. A total of 30 CybageKhushboo scholarship beneficiaries benefitted by this exposure visit. Students got hands-on experience of using various machines, solar units, watershed management structures, chemistry lab, and civil structures. Students also learned the practical implementation of science in agricultural technologies.

Unfortunately, there is a big gap between academia and industry demands. CybageKhushboo strives to bridge that gap through various trainings and field visits. Such visits offer new opportunities for learning through experience. They also enable students to learn by doing instead of just listening passively in the classroom.
