According to a survey conducted by the National Statistical Office (NSO) of the Indian government, one out of every eight students enrolled in a school or college drops out before completing their entire education.

This statistic points to various factors, the major being financial constraints.

To eliminate this difficulty and promote meritorious students, the charity arm of Cybage Software, CybageKhushboo, periodically conducts Scholarship Distribution programs in Pune, Hyderabad, and Gandhinagar, essentially where it’s development centres are based!

It conducted one such event today in its Pune office and distributed scholarships to 25 outstanding students who have got admission into Pune’s prestigious educational institutes. These students were shortlisted from various courses, such as Engineering, Nursing, BCA, B Sc, and IT.

The Mumbai Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dr. Sandeep Bhajibhakare, attended the program as the Chief Guest and elucidated the importance of education. Ritu Nathani, Director and Head Cybage CSR, congratulated the students and spoke about how a sound education imbibes employability skills in individuals, ultimately paving the way for great success.

CybageKhushboo alumni narrated their stories of braving the competition and emerging victorious in their pursuits. All guests motivated the scholarship students to be great leaders of tomorrow.
