In addition to giving financial aid to its students, Cybage Khushboo continued its efforts to make its students ‘job ready’. To accomplish this objective various sessions were arranged on “interview process and how to prepare particularly for aptitude tests. 

  1. Sessions on the Aptitude test by Elston Pimenta: 28th February 15 

Elston Pimenta – Head HR, Cybage conducted a session for third and final year students to enable them have a holistic view of the Aptitude test. His emphasis was to explain the following:

  •  What is the purport of the Aptitude test?
  •  What is the significance of the test from a company’s viewpoint? 
  1. Session by Prof. Shitalkumar Rawandale: 22nd March 15

Prof. Rawandale is the Head of the Placement cell of the Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), an Engineering college that boasts of the highest placement in Pune city. Khushboo specially invited him to address third and final year students and make them aware about several facts about campus and off-campus placements.

He elaborated the Indian education scenario and avenues after completion of education. He spoke at length about the interview process and motivated students to be ‘job creators’ instead of ‘job seekers’. He furnished a list of authors, books, and websites to thoroughly prepare for ‘the Aptitude test’.

  1. Session by Mayur Shedge:10th April 15 

Mayur Shedge, a student of Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) and recipient of numerous prizes in academic competitions, conducted a 3-hour session regarding how to solve sums pertinent to topics such as ‘permutations and combinations’ and ‘boat, stream, and current’. He along with the students solved more than 100 sums. This was inclusive of a revision session wherein a maximum number of sums from each topic were solved.
