CybageKhushboo organized an event for 95 youths on December 08, 2022, to award course completion certificates for nursing assistants, auto service technicians, and multi-skill technicians' trades at Cybage’s Hunar- The Skill Development Center, Kondhawa, Pune. 66 out of these 95 youths are already placed in various organizations and institutes based on their newly acquired skills.

CybageKhushboo looks forward to empowering unemployed youth and women in its suburban communities and 24 adopted villages.

Mrs. Ritu Nathani, Director, Cybage, and Head, Cybage CSR, handed over the certificates to these students. Mr. Prashant Mahamuni, Cybage CSR Manager, Mr. Suresh Utekar Head Operations, Yuva Parivartan, and the Hunar center members attended the event.

The youths and their parents that benefited from this program were extremely happy and expressed their gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this initiative a huge success.

This initiative was organized in two phases. In the first phase, CybageKhushboo trained and certified 150 beneficiaries with the help of its implementation partner Yuva Parivartan. Out of these, 75% of beneficiaries are placed at various hospitals, garages, and automobile showrooms. In the second phase, CybageKhushboo will be supporting another 350 students by the end of January 2023 to complete their certifications and get placements.
