On January 23, 2023, CybageKhushboo organized the course completion certificate distribution event for 108 youths under its Hunar development initiative. The program is for school & college drop-outs, and struggling youngsters, to upskill them and make them employable. 290youth out of 351 who trained in various courses like nursing assistant, auto service technicians, and multi-skill technicians' trades received placements.

Mr. Abhijeet Kulkarni, Associate Head, Finance, Cybage, Mr. Prashant Mahamuni, CSR Manager, Cybage, and Mr. Suresh Utekar, Head Operations, Yuva Parivartan were present at the event along with other members from the Hunar center.

CybageKhushboo has been working in close collaboration with Yuva Parivartan since 2019. Its outcome, the Hunar Development Center setup in Kondhwa, Pune, has successfully trained and generated employment opportunities for youth. To date, 415 out of 505 trained individuals are successfully placed under this program.
