With my father working in a small stamp-making shop and my mother battling health issues, managing daily expenses itself was a challenge. My name is Nidhi Agrawal, and I come from a small village in Nanded. My father is a farmer, and we grow soybeans, tur, and cotton on our 5-acre land. Despite our modest means, my family and uncles have always stood by me. One of my uncles paid my college fees, and my family spent ₹1.5 lakh on my NEET coaching. With their support, I completed my MBBS from BJ Medical College, Pune. I’m currently interning at Sasoon Hospital, earning ₹18,000 a month, which eases financial stress and helps me focus on my career. Growing up in a financially constrained household, pursuing engineering felt like a distant dream. When I joined JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj College of Engineering, managing the academic expenses seemed overwhelming. That’s when the CybageKhushboo scholarship made a real difference in my life. Coming from Lakhandur, a small village in Vidharbha, my journey has been full of challenges. After losing my father in 2019, my family’s financial situation became very tough. My mother, the only earning member, works at a daycare earning just Rs. 2,000 per month. Despite these hardships, I stayed focused on my education. Thanks to the Cybage Khushboo Scholarship, I could continue my studies and pursue my dreams. I am now in my 1st year of B.Sc Nursing at B.J. Medical College, Pune, and have cleared the Maharashtra DHS exam. Currently, I work as a Staff Nurse at Civil Hospital Bhandara, earning Rs. 6,00,000 annually. The scholarship eased my financial worries and gave me the confidence to transform my life. I’m deeply grateful for the support and encouragement I received.

My journey from Ulhasnagar to becoming a staff nurse at Tata Memorial Hospital has been filled with challenges and growth. After failing 12th grade, I returned to my village, but with the encouragement of my grandparents, I gave it another shot. Their support and my determination helped me complete 12th and secure admission in B.Sc. Nursing at MKSSS BTINE. Coming from a humble background with limited financial means, pursuing higher education was never going to be easy. Still, I remained determined and enrolled in the BBA program at H.V. Desai College. Leena is a homemaker residing at Keshav Nagar with her family. She is a member of the local Self-help group. She always wanted to find the records of the land owned by her family, but it was not possible to pay frequent visits to the Tahsildars office. She got to know about the DE course through the head of the SHG. Leena was also surprised to know that she could pay her utility bills online using her Smartphone and book cabs too. She had never visited any of the PMC websites before taking the course, this she did during the tenure of the course. Leena has now successfully obtained the records for her land, and she is also helping other women from her Self Help Group who are facing the same problem.

I graduated from Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavala and got placed in Hexaware Technologies for the PGET role. I credit my success and accomplishments to CybageKhushboo.
