The financial condition of my parents was average. I was good at studies and wanted to join the nursing profession to support my family. I came to know about the CybageKhushboo scholarship through my college, after which I applied for the same. This is my sincere thanks to Ritu ma’am and the CSR team for their continuous support. Now, I am working at the Deenanath Mangeshkar hospital as a staff nurse in the ICU.

I have completed my B.B.Sc.(N) in MKSSS BTINE. My parents are farmers and it was only because of the CybageKhushboo scholarship that I was able to complete my education. I am very grateful to Ritu ma'am and the CSR team for all the support and guidance and for giving me such a great educational opportunity. I want to express my sincere gratitude to CybageKhushboo for all their help. I am currently working in a reputed organization in Pune (Pinnacle Industries LTD) as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. This Scholarship program not only helped as a financial supporter but also contributed in improving my soft skills, which helped me to work confidently in my organization. Feeding a family of 8 people and educating 4 children is a difficult job. However, my father was trying to manage all our needs and expenses. Pursuing engineering in IT was my choice, but I was unaware of the college fees. CybageKhushboo financially supported me in completing my degree and accomplishing my dreams. I am grateful for all the trainers and cybagians who arranged various training sessions, which helped me in getting a job at Infosys as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. I always aspired to have a career for myself that would make me financially independent. I came across a pamphlet of Yuva Parivartan and after discussing it with my family, I got myself enrolled for the Assistant Nursing program. I was quite new to the program and the livelihood opportunities it offered. Gradually it built my understanding through the tenure of the theory classes. I am now working at Sana Hospital and working on conducting ECG and sugar tests for patients. I am happy for starting my career with the help of the Nursing Assistant Course supported by CybageKhushboo and Yuva Parivartan. I am thankful to have been introduced to such courses that help many girls like myself start a career early in life.

CybageKhushboo is a term I am emotionally attached to. And yes, this is not only because I got a Rs 50,000 scholarship per year for 3 years, but also the values the entire team has added to my life. I used to be worried about fees but then I applied for the scholarship and got selected. Our weekly classes were very helpful to improve personality, to make ourselves employable. I am now employed by Dhole Patil Academy as a Mathematics coach. I must say that starting from morning snacks, to travel arrangements and lunch, this program provided everything to us. Our trainer started teaching us English from very basic grammar. There were extempore and group activities, which taught me to be confident and fearless. The weekly sessions helped me improve my skills and it was because of this that I was able to represent my college at the national level. My college team ranked AIR 10. In simple words, CybageKhushboo is a family to me.

I would like to thank CybageKhushboo program from the bottom of my heart, without which it was very difficult for me to complete my engineering. The soft-skills sessions were really fruitful, which helped me in cracking different rounds of interviews. The thing I most like about this program is that it doesn’t have any other conditions for continuing the scholarship besides educational performance. It was a memorable journey from being a student to a working professional with CybageKhushboo. It plays an important role in moral education, which is giving back to the society whenever and wherever possible. Now, I am working with MasterCard as a Senior Associate Engineer. I was first introduced to CybageKhushboo three years ago when I began pursuing my Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and I think this is a rocking platform for scholar students. The first lesson I learned from this platform is that "Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." I was suffering from financial issues in 2015, due to which I was unable to pursue my education but CybageKhushboo provided me that financial aid. It proved to be my touchstone in helping me upgrade my skills and go ahead with tests, interviews, and visits. I learnt lots of new things, had fun, played games, etc. Those were the best days of my life, which I can’t explain in words and my success is a return gift. This program helped me focus on my soft skills because of which I finally got placed in Faurecia Emission Control Technology as a Superior Quality Analyst. Me & my family are truly thankful to CybageKhushboo for investing in my future and seeing the potential in me to foster success.

My father is working as a POP worker and my mother is a Housewife. During the counselling, I selected the Domestic Data Entry Operator course and attended all the classes regularly. During the course, I enjoyed myself and learned new skills. After training, I was confident and motivated. Currently, I am working at “Sai Finent Advisory Pvt. Ltd” as a “Tele-caller Data Entry Operator” and earning more than Rs. 8000/- per month. Thanks to CybageKhushboo, LabourNet, and NSDC who gave me an opportunity to change my life.
